Namuso Gallery is honored to present a curator-invited solo booth by Tja Ling Hu at the Investec Cape Town Art Fair 2026.
Tja Ling Hu (b. 1987) is a Netherlands-born Dutch artist of Chinese heritage. Drawing on her Dutch-Chinese background, she creates works that transform personal narratives into universal reflections on belonging, identity, and transformation. Many of her works carry symbolic resonance, unfolding through cultural, psychological, and historical layers.
Presenting her work outside Europe for the first time marks an important moment for both the artist and the gallery, opening new perspectives and the resonance of her themes across cultural contexts.
